Shipping Policy

Prices include tax, postage, packaging and shipping.  Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for next day delivery. Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday.  Items may be photographed during the packaging process for quality control purposes.  

We deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions and possible delays in particular areas.  We will not be held responsible for any damage to flowers as the result of a delay in postage in areas with delivery restrictions.  If you are requiring delivery to a rural or restricted access area, and are happy to take the risk of the flowers being out of water for longer than we recommend, we will be happy to process your order.  Please contact us if you require further information.

If items are damaged in the post, the responsibility lies with the courier but please contact us in the first instance.

When ordering, please provide as much information as possible to ensure the flowers are delivered correctly and on time.  Please provide a phone number of the recipient, especially if there is no house number.  If the flowers are to be delivered to a workplace, please state the name of the business.
