Shipping Policy

Local Delivery: Instore prices do not include delivery. Delivery prices vary according to the area.  We offer specific delivery times for weddings and funerals only.  All other deliveries are any time between 8:00-18:00.  If we try to deliver and the recipient is not in, we will leave the item/s with the closest available neighbour and post a card through the door stating where the flowers have been left.  If there is nowhere suitable, where possible, a second delivery attempt will be made.  After that, the item/s will be returned to the shop and it is the responsibility of the recipient to collect them or we can redeliver for an extra delivery charge.

Local deliveries that are ordered online: These are ordered and processed in the same way as national deliveries.  They may be delivered by our usual postal method or by FlowerLife in our van, whichever we decide is most appropriate.

Collections: Can be ordered in store over the phone or online.  If you order a collection online, after placing your order, please call us on 01623 553736 to confirm the order has been received and to ensure the shop will still be open at the time you wish to collect. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.  Collections are usually ready within 1 hour of ordering.  You can also choose a future date and time.

National Deliveries: Prices include tax, postage, packaging and shipping.  Order before 12pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery. Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday.  Items are photographed during the packaging process for quality control purposes.  

We deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions and possible delays in particular areas.  We will not be held responsible for any damage to flowers as the result of a delay in postage in areas with delivery restrictions.  If you are happy to take the risk of the flowers being out of water for longer than we recommend, we will be happy to process your order.  Please contact us if you require further information.

If items are damaged in the post, the responsibility lies with the courier but please contact us in the first instance.
