Terms of Service

Gifts - Prices are a guide based on choosing a colour and style, leaving specific flower choices to the florist.  Please enquire should you require a specific flower for a more accurate price and availability of the flowers/foliage.  We reserve the right to substitute any flowers and foliage, without notice, due to availability and/or quality; even if you have requested a specific flower on your order.  However, the overall value, style and colour will be achieved.

Weddings - Prices are a guide based on choosing a colour and style, leaving specific flower choices to the florist.  Please discuss with our knowledgeable florists should you require a specific flower for a more accurate price and availability of the flowers/foliage.   We reserve the right to substitute any flowers and foliage, without notice, due to availability and/or quality; even if you have requested a specific flower on your order.  However, the overall theme, style, size and colour will be achieved.

The booking fee is non-refundable. This is for your consultation and to secure your booking as we will turn away any more bookings for your date.

Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. 

Funerals - We offer free delivery to local undertakers for orders over £100.  Prices are a guide based on choosing a colour and style, leaving specific flower choices to the florist.  Please discuss with our knowledgeable florists should you require a specific flower or a special item for a more accurate price and the availability of the flowers/foliage.   Sizes and number of stems are approximations.  

We reserve the right to substitute any flowers and foliage without notice, due to availability and/or quality; even if you have requested a specific flower on your order.  However, the overall theme, style, size and colour will be achieved. 

We reserve the right to photograph the items we make for use in our catalogue, for quality control or promotional purposes.  Please let us know if you do not want photos of the items you have ordered to be shared. 

We use flowers that are at their peak in our floral tributes to ensure they look their best at the funeral.  They are, therefore, not expected to last long after the event, especially when open to the elements.

Gift Vouchers - Gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed in store or over the phone.  Gift vouchers purchased online can only be used in the online store.  No change given.  Available in denominations of £10 only. Valid for 24 months after date of issue.
