Terms of Service

We reserve the right to substitute any flowers and foliage, without notice, due to availability and/or quality; even if you have requested a specific flower on your order.  However, the overall value, style and colour will be achieved.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed in store or over the phone.  Gift vouchers purchased online can only be used in the online store.  No change given.  Please note that gift vouchers for www.flowerlifesutton.com can only be used on that site, gift vouchers for www.flowerlife.co.uk can only be used on that site and physical gift vouchers purchased in the shop can only be used in-store. However, if there is an issue with this, please contact us and we will be happy to find a solution for you.
